2026-2030 Strategic Plan: Ten Years Together, Generations Ahead

In 2025, Pitney Meadows Community Farm embarked on a strategic planning process. As we marked our first decade, we paused to consider not only what we had built together, but what it would take to sustain this land and this organization for generations to come. That process, shaped by staff and board engagement, community input, and a deep commitment to stewardship, culminated in a strategic plan to guide our next chapter with intention and care.

While this plan sharpens our focus on long-term impact and future opportunities, our legacy programs remain the heart of who we are. Food for All, Community Gardens, Pick-Your-Own CSA, education, and land stewardship are not just history; they are the foundation on which everything else is built.
