Overview: A Farm-to-Table Wedding in Upstate NY

Celebrate life’s meaningful moments—weddings, anniversaries, retreats, reunions, dinners, or community events—on our historic community farm in Saratoga Springs.
Rooted in open sky and working fields, Pitney Meadows offers a warm, rustic, and naturally elegant setting that feels uniquely Upstate NY. Whether you imagine a farm-to-table wedding, an Adirondack-inspired gathering, or an intimate celebration surrounded by meadows, the farm offers a place where people, food, and land come together.

Food & Catering: Farmstead Catering

In partnership with Farmstead Catering, every celebration and shared table is rooted in the land that sustains us. Ingredients are grown and raised primarily at Echo Farm, Farmstead Catering’s home farm in the Adirondacks, and here at Pitney Meadows, with thoughtful additions sourced from within a carefully defined local radius. Grounded in the regenerative, organic-aligned practices that guide both farms, each plate becomes an expression of shared values, exceptional craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to uplifting our regional agricultural community.

The Venue: Rustic Charm Meets Agritourism

Our high-tunnel hoop house and surrounding meadows create a flexible indoor-outdoor venue designed to shift with the seasons. Roll-up sides invite in fresh air and sweeping views; enclosed, the structure becomes a cozy, light-filled space perfect for gatherings year-round. Guests can wander the community gardens, explore nearby trails, and experience the atmosphere of a working farm... an inviting option for rustic weddings, Upstate NY celebrations and galas, and Adirondack-style events.
