Our mission at Pitney Meadows Community Farm is to grow food, community, and connection, and to educate about the natural world right here on our conserved farm in the heart of Saratoga Springs.
Pitney Meadows is a regional leader in community agriculture, connecting people to land, food, and one another through hands-on learning, volunteerism, and innovative food system solutions. Each year, through our Farm to Pantry program, we provide 100,000 servings of fresh, nutrient-dense produce in partnership with over 12 hunger relief organizations across our region. Our work includes 120+ sliding-scale community garden beds, 13 off-site gardens serving neighbors facing food and housing insecurity, 11 acres of climate-smart production, and 30 acres under regenerative cover cropping. With a Farm Stand featuring 25+ local producers and year-round education, workforce training, and public access to trails and gathering spaces, Pitney Meadows cultivates resilience, equity, and connection across our region.
