Tori

Tori is the Conservation Director for Saratoga PLAN (preserving land and nature) a land trust serving the Saratoga region and southern Adirondack foothills. Tori’s focus is split between land conservation and stewardship. As part of land conservation Tori works directly with farmers and forest owners to permanently protect their land and keep it open space. Once the land is permanently protected Tori with other PLAN staff ensure that the terms of conservation easements are upheld and oversees the land management of preserves. She has a Masters in Regional Planning with a focus and Environmental and Land Use Planning with a BA in Geography and minor in Environmental Studies from SUNY Geneseo.

Tori also volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Tivoli Lake Preserve and Farm, Inc. as well as the Climate Smart Committee for the Town of North Greenbush where she lives with her pup Banjo and her husband. Tori enjoys all things outdoors and is an avid gardener!
