Susan

Susan Weinrich established Trellised Solutions, LLC a nonprofit consulting firm in 2024 after working for 21 years at the New York Council of Nonprofits, most recently as the Senior Vice President for Capacity Building Services. Her consulting work focuses on strengthening nonprofit organizations through strategic planning, board development, succession planning, role clarification, and team building. When asked for her job title, Susan enjoys calling herself a Pollinator, because she enjoys sharing ideas and best practices between the hundreds of organizations she has worked with. Susan has a master’s degree in community economic development from Southern New Hampshire University. Susan loves gardening, swimming, dancing, and live music. She lives in Saratoga with her husband Jonathan and their two cats, Jazz and Disco.
