2025 Event Details

At our 2025 Fire Feast, every bite told a story, rooted in this land and in the hands that stewarded it. From the rich soil of Pitney Meadows to the rolling pastures of Echo Farm, every ingredient was grown, raised, or foraged right here by this community, for this community.

Farmstead Catering at Echo Farm prepared everything from the ground up... no shortcuts, just what these farms created with care and intention. The feast featured live-fire cooking by farm-to-table chefs deeply committed to local agriculture, bringing bold, flame-touched flavors straight from the flames to guests' plates.

As the sun set over the fields and blossoming community gardens of Pitney Meadows, guests gathered to enjoy a vibrant, open-air, live fire feast that celebrated the peak of the season with open bars and live performances by North & South Dakotas and Hot Club of Saratoga filling the air with music. Guests strolled the grounds, sipped something local, browsed the silent auction, savored the abundant farm-to-fire feast, and took in the beauty of this working agricultural landscape at its summer best.
