Fire Feast on the Farm, now in its fourth year, has grown into a premier event for the summer season in Saratoga Springs. Fire Feast brings together the talented regional culinary community that is at the forefront of showcasing, encouraging, and supporting the local, sustainable, and seasonal food movement. The event also showcases the varied and amazing products from farmers, foragers, fishermen, wineries, breweries, bakeries, and distilleries from within our vibrant community, highlighting the amazing diversity of hand-crafted and inspiring artisan products.
Like everything we do at the Farm, Fire Feast is grounded in collaboration and community. This event offers organizations and community members a unique opportunity to show support for Pitney Meadows Community Farm while connecting with hundreds of diners who prize fine food and drink and value environmental sustainability.
All proceeds from the Fire Feast support our programs:
- Children's Greenhouse and Educational Programs
- Community Gardens
- Farm to School project providing fresh, healthy produce for the entire Saratoga Springs City School District and beyond
- Our Food Justice program, which helps provide over 10,000lbs of fresh, healthy produce to 20,000 food-insecure households in our community through our partnership with Franklin Community Center

New this year: Additional prominent recognition as a sponsor of two family-friendly farm-to-table evenings on the farm leading up to Fire Feast. AND an invitation to be a part of the intimate and casual "Chefs Welcome Dinner" the evening before Fire Feast with Pitney Board and staff and the Guest Chefs.
