Adine

Adine is the third-generation owner and President of Casa Visco, a pasta and pizza sauce manufacturer headquartered in Schenectady, NY. Carrying forward a legacy started by her grandparents in 1945, Adine blends heritage with high-level manufacturing expertise.

A staunch advocate for the local food system, Adine is a member of the Schenectady Food Council and the New York State Council on Hunger & Food Policy, where she serves on the Economic Vitality workgroup to build a more resilient regional economy. Her commitment to food sovereignty is evidenced by her board service for CADE, Center for Agriculture Development and Entrepreneurship, the Electric City Community Grocery and the Ticonderoga Co-Op.

Adine’s philanthropic work extends to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, Sycamore Collaborative, and Pitney Meadows Community Farm. She is also a proud supporter of Planned Parenthood and the Double H Ranch. Adine lives in Rexford, NY, with her husband, Zachary, and their dogs, Dax and Louie, and is the proud mother of three grown sons.
