Times Union: SPAC names regional, international chefs for wine festival

Festivities will continue the next day with a grand tasting features hundreds of international wines, beers and spirits, and local, national and global chefs. As a preliminary component, SPAC, along with Pitney Meadows Community Farm and Skidmore College, both in Saratoga, will host what is being called the Cultivate Series from Sept. 29 to Oct. 3.
