For over a century, scientists, citizen scientists and conservationists have been counting birds each December. Audubon and other organizations use the data collected in this long-running wildlife census to assess the health of bird populations and to help guide conservation action.

Meet your local farmers!
Grazin' Acres is a family-owned and operated regenerative farm in Hebron, NY. Meghan and Nate Mattison have 4 kids, and raise beef, chicken, pork, lamb, eggs and vegetables, phew!! This hard-working family is no stranger to farming, as both Nate and Meghan grew up in farming families. What started out as a small herd of beef cattle and a boar named Pinky has expanded to 4 different farm locations all while providing non-GMO and sustainably raised food to Washington County and beyond!
You can find their chicken in our farm stand, catch them at the Saratoga and Glens Falls Farmers Markets, or shop in their online store on their website!

Our biggest commitment as a non-profit farm is to feed our community. But without healthy soil, we simply can’t produce healthy food year-over-year.
Pitney Meadows Community Farm is in the process of rebuilding our soil and we need your support to increase our soil’s resilience and health to grow the nutrient dense food that our community needs!
An anonymous donor has agreed to match every dollar we raise up to $10,000 - your dollar will be worth twice as much. Whether it's $1 or $10, every bit helps.
