Throughout his career, Brent has led kitchens, managed food truck operations, and overseen large-scale catering productions, earning a reputation for adaptability and consistency in fast-paced environments. His experience extends beyond the kitchen as well! Most recently, managing a pasture-raised pig farm, where he developed an even deeper appreciation for sustainable agriculture and the importance of responsibly sourced ingredients.
