Chef Nina Patrice Livellara

Nina Patrice Livellara comes to us from Vermont, where she works seasonally as an open fire chef with Shepherd's Hearth & Farmstead Catering. Year round, you can find her in Stowe, VT at Wolf Peach Cafe, serving up comforting dishes like beef bulgogi bowls & sourdough bagels with lox. Nina began her culinary journey studying at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, Italy in 2015. For her final internship, she landed in Tuscany at an agriturismo, where she began cooking over fire. Her culinary gift is accentuating the smoky flavors of wood fire with brilliant colors, varying textures & a kick of spice. Her dishes tell the story of terroir & tease the palate with their choreographed compositions.
