
Chef Nina Patrice Livellara
Nina Patrice Livellara comes to us from Woodbury, VT where she owns an organic, sourdough bakery & works as a chef, alongside Jesse Kaufman, of Shepherd's Hearth. Nina began her culinary journey studying at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, Italy. This university was the birthplace of Carlo Petrini's Slow Food movement back in 1986. Her studies carried her throughout Italy and beyond. For her final internship, she landed in Tuscany at an agriturismo, where she began cooking over fire. Her culinary gift is accentuating the smoky flavors of wood fire with brilliant colors, varying textures, a hint of spice and edible blooms. Her dishes tell the story of terroir & tease the palate with their choreographed compositions.
