Garden update, April 3rd

Hello Gardeners,

I hope you are all safe and well. As you know, we have changed some Community Gardens protocol due to the Covid-19 crisis. We continue to update these protocols to match state and national safety recommendations. We are working hard to continue access for community gardeners within these limitations.

Please see here for our updates, and join us on Saturday for a discussion about the gardens and ways we can help you.

Join us for a garden update and webinar (link to meeting in your email)!

Saturday, April 4th from 3 to 3:30pm:

3:00 to 3:15: Garden update and Q & A

3:15 to 3:30: For those who want to learn more about starting your garden, please stay on the call.

Join us to learn more about the availability and timing of:

Compost, mulch, amendments
Garden stakes and trellis/netting
Seeds
Seedlings

We hope these accessible garden materials and plants make it easier for you to grow food for your family during these challenging times.

'How To Garden' videos!

In case you missed them, here's last Saturday's Zoom class on GARDEN BASICS, and the MANDATORY MEETING held on February 21.

In addition to our Saturday garden series, we're starting short videos of garden tips for community gardeners. See our planting peas video here!

Lastly, continue to stay connected. I'm here for your questions and concerns.

Take care.

-Joyce
