Chef Eric Hudson discovered his love for cooking when he took a cooking class in high school. From there he attended a culinary school and spent the next 15 years working in various restaurants, learning how to cook, how to lead, and always trying to achieve the next level. As the pandemic ravaged the restaurant industry, he seized the opportunity to become a private chef, cooking whatever his clients' hearts desire in the comfort of their own home.
