The event supports the Pitney Meadows Community Farm, the last urban farm in Saratoga Springs, NY, the mission of which is farm preservation and to promote sustainable agriculture through education of future farmers and the general public
As far as uses, the money will help support infra-structure and program development including educational goals, children’s garden, payment of debt, trails development, etc. We hope to raise $200k.
Featuring five of the nation’s most acclaimed farm-to-table chefs, our first Fire Feast on the Farm drew 300 guests for an evening of fine farm-to-table dining in our new high-tunnel greenhouse. Now we’re laying plays for Fire Feast on the Farm 2018, which promises to be even bigger and better than our first time out. It will offer your company an extraordinary opportunity to show your support for Pitney Meadows while connecting with hundreds of diners who prize fine food and drink and value environmental sustainability.

Sponsor Website Page: A comprehensive and interactive page on our PMCF website that spotlights and lists all our community partners. Page visitors will find a brief description of your business, a description of contributions your organization has made to Pitney Meadows, your logo, social media links, and a link to your website.
Event Advertising: We will spotlight you in social media postings on Facebook and Instagram before and after the event with brief information about your involvement and links to your social sites. Most sponsors will get one shout out before and one after the event, but earlier sponsors may get featured more than once. If you are part of multiple aspects (donate food and donate facilities) you also may get featured more.
Any press releases, interviews, ads, posters and fliers will all mention or spotlight your business in conjunction with your level and any food product, pit or bar you have specifically sponsored.
Newsletter: Every month three current or past sponsors are featured in the Community Partners section of our Around The Silo newsletter. If we discuss a part of the event that you have sponsored (such as a certain food product or pit), your name will be mentioned with a link to your website. The same goes for any articles that are written on our news outlet, Around The Silo.
Event Program: We do an online event program which means all sponsor info gets included: logos, links and names! The program will go live well before the event to give as much exposure as possible to our sponsors and partners.
