Kathryn Klanderman

Administrative Coordinator

Kathryn Klanderman moved to the Saratoga region ten years ago from Jersey City, yearning to live closer to the natural world which inspires and feeds her soul. She is often to be found chasing after her two sons, hiking in the Adirondacks, working in her garden, and making art about it all somehow.

Kathryn is originally from upstate New York. She moved to the New York City area to study art, then lived briefly in Israel and Palestine, an experience that influenced her life to a great extent. She returned to live in New York, Baltimore and Jersey City, working in various administrative and arts-related capacities and as a visual artist. In Jersey City she became involved with a number of grassroots community-based organizations and became a firm believer in the power of individuals to make their world a more compassionate and better place.

She is excited to be a part of the Pitney Meadows team and believes that access to clean, sustainable food and connection to the outdoors is essential for our well-being.
