Beth Hershenhart is founder and CEO of Innovative Resources Group, Inc., an international consultancy specializing in building capacity for a wide variety of nonprofit organizations, from health care and educational institutions to organizations focused on the environment and advocacy. Since 1991, Beth and her interdisciplinary team have guided organizations to articulate and implement their strategic vision and acted as advisors and executive counsel for CEOs and Boards, developed and designed communications tools, and worked with staff and volunteers to devise strategic action plans for relationship- and engagement-based philanthropy and revenue generation.
Beth has lived in Saratoga Springs since 1993, and is an active volunteer leader, serving on the board and Life & Legacy Team of her synagogue, Congregation Berith Sholom, and serving on the board of Cristosal, an organization advancing human rights in Central America. She joined the Pitney Meadows Board in 2018.
