Chef Kevin London has been involved with the farm to table movement for over two decades. He is a founding member of the Slow Food Saratoga Chapter and was a delegate to Terra Madre in Italy. He is also a member of Chefs Collaborative and previously worked in the kitchen at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY and at The Kitchen in Boulder, CO. Kevin helped to found the Farmhouse Restaurant at Top of the World, and currently operates Farmhouse Food which does catering, food consulting and farm pop-up dinners. Kevin and his wife Kim are founding members and neighbors of Pitney Meadows Community Farm.
